We value both your time and ours, and our salon policies are in place to ensure every guest receives the exceptional experience they deserve. Our House Rules •Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period; after that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if we cannot complete your services without impacting the next guest. Cancellation fees may apply. •Children and additional guests are not permitted unless they have their own scheduled appointment. •We kindly ask that phones remain on silent and conversations remain respectful of those around you to help maintain a relaxing atmosphere. •If you're feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Less than 48 hours' notice: A 50% fee of the scheduled services will be charged.
No-shows: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged.
Service Changes: No additions, removals, or changes to scheduled services are permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. Any changes made within this timeframe will still be charged based on the original services booked.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and authorize Swink Color Bar to charge the card on file for any applicable fees.
